This page is a summary: if anything differs, the Italian notice applies.

Who can apply

• Students from outside the area (as defined in ER.GO’s 2026/2027 call) enrolled, or about to enrol, on a bachelor’s, master’s, single-cycle or PhD programme at the University of Bologna, Forlì campus, or at an AFAM institute.
• An ISEE for university right-to-study of no more than €25,000 and an ISPE of no more than €50,000.
• From the second year on: a minimum number of credits (CFU) earned by 10 August 2026, listed below.
• PhD students and medical residents: proof of enrolment for 2026/2027.

How to apply

1. Read the notice

   Requirements, ranking, rates and deadlines are in the official document.

2. Fill in and sign Annex A

   The application form, with your personal details and your income and merit requirements.

3. Send everything by PEC

   To [email protected], from 31 October 2026 to 30 November 2026, attaching: a valid ID, proof of enrolment or your student number, your ISEEU and ISPEU certificates; from the second year on, also a screenshot of your passed exams with credits.

4. Wait for the result

   The allocation is sent by email to the address you applied from. You must accept it by replying before midnight of the second day after, or you lose the place.

How the ranking works

First year

Lowest university ISEE first; if equal, the younger student comes first.

Later years

Most credits earned by 10 August 2026 first; if equal, lowest university ISEE.

PhD students and residents

Lowest university ISEE first; if equal, the younger student comes first.

After the allocation

• The residence offers a place in a single or double room depending on availability, taking your preference into account.
• Before signing the contract you pay the first month and a deposit of one month’s rent.
• Each following month is paid by the 25th of the month before.
• Signing the contract means accepting the residence rules.
• Statements are checked, including with the Ministry, the university and the Guardia di Finanza: false statements mean losing the place.

Students with disabilities

The residence has 3 adapted single rooms for students with disabilities. Each one opens directly onto an accessible bathroom, without going through shared areas: two neighbouring rooms share the same bathroom.
