Compliance status
The universityhousingforli.com website was designed and checked against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as referenced by the European standard EN 301 549. The check described below found no non-conformities in the site’s pages; the exceptions are the downloadable documents listed further down.
How it was checked
Self-assessment of every page, in Italian and English, at desktop and phone widths: automated testing with axe-core and Google Lighthouse, then manual checks of keyboard navigation and visible focus, zoom up to 400% (320 pixels wide) without horizontal scrolling, increased text spacing, colour contrast, image text alternatives, heading structure and the contact form.
The site also follows the system setting that reduces motion, and has no flashing or auto-playing content.
Content that is not accessible
The documents for the reserved-places call (the call and the house rules as PDF, the application form in Word) are prepared by the operator and were not checked with the same method. If you have trouble reading or filling them in, write to us and we will send you the content in a suitable format.
Feedback
If you find content you can’t use, or a part of the site that isn’t accessible, write to [email protected] with the page and the problem. We will reply and, where possible, fix the site.
